Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause DoS condition on the target system.
The weakness exists in the server-side static file loading mechanism due to the way a built-in script in WordPress CMS "load-scripts.php" processes user-defined requests. A remote attacker can send force load-scripts.php to call all possible JavaScript files, consume high CPU and server memory and cause the service to crash.
