Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to gain unauthorized access to otherwise restricted functionality.

The vulnerability exists due to improper access restrictions in Windows NTFS. A local user can bypass implemented security restrictions and gain unauthorized access to sensitive information.
