Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote user to bypass implemented security restrictions.

The vulnerability exists due to insecure implementation of checks on the client side only, related to vm download feature. A remote user with at least read-only permission can execute unauthorized actions via a specially crafted request.
