Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local attacker to gain unauthorized access to otherwise restricted functionality.

The vulnerability exists due to improper access restrictions in Windows Defender Application Control. A local attacker can bypass Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) enforcement.
