Description

The vulnerability allows a remote user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in Windows Core Messaging. A remote user can send a specially crafted request to the system, trigger a heap-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges.
