Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error within the subflow_state_change() function in net/mptcp/subflow.c, within the __mptcp_close_ssk() function in net/mptcp/protocol.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
