Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to integer underflow in Windows Kernel. A remote attacker on the local network can trick a victim to open a specially crafted file, trigger integer underflow and gain access to sensitive information on the target system.
