Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to otherwise restricted functionality.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of claims. A remote user can craft a build ID Token that impersonates a trusted job and gain unauthorized access to external services.
