Description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service or MitM attack.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of DHCPv6 packets. A remote attacker can send specially crafted DHCPv6 packet to the system and force it to install an incorrect route. This can result in a denial of service conditions or a MitM attack.
