Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to improper locking within the m_can_class_allocate_dev() function in drivers/net/can/m_can/m_can.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
