Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to obtain elevated privileges on the target system.
The weakness exists due to a memory mapping API in the kernel mode layer (nvlddmkm.sys) handler, leading to denial of service or potential escalation of privileges.
Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may result in privilege escalation.
