The vulnerability allows a remote authenticated attacker to obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.

The weakness exists due to improper security restrictions. A remote attacker can bypass security restrictions, gain access to potentially sensitive information, such as plug-in resource files in META-INF and WEB-INF directories, including JAR files.
