Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to lock arbitrary user accounts.

The vulnerability exists due to a logic issue with GoAnywhere One-Time Password (GOTP) email two-factor authentication. A remote attacker can provide a valid email address of a known user when prompted and the user will be disabled if that user has configured GOTP.
