Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a reachable assertion within the mForEachFunctionBlocker::ReplayItems() function in cmForEachCommand.cxx. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
