Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to otherwise restricted functionality.

The vulnerability exists due to improper access restrictions in the config.xgi function. A remote attacker can bypass implemented security restrictions and download the configuration file.
