Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a malicious guest to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a NULL pointer dereference error when updating the reference TSC area. A malicious guest can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack against the hypervisor.
