Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to resource management error within the mchp_coreqspi_exec_op() and mchp_coreqspi_supports_op() functions in drivers/spi/spi-microchip-core-qspi.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
