The vulnerability exists due to NULL pointer dereference within the tipc_conn_data_ready(), tipc_topsrv_listener_data_ready() and tipc_topsrv_stop() functions in net/tipc/topsrv.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
