Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to gain access to sensitive information the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to predictable PRNG used to generate server‑side encryption key in Encryption Utility ServiceImpl. A local administrator can decrypt affected data on the system.
