Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation in the Prometheus helper module. A remote attacker can send specially crafted payloads to the Graphite server metricset or Zookeeper server metricset and perform a denial of service attack.
