Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local authenticated user to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the Web Listener component in Oracle HTTP Server. A local authenticated user can exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code.
