Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to improper locking within the gpio_mpsse_get_direction(), gpio_mpsse_set_irq_type(), gpio_mpsse_probe() and gpio_mpsse_disconnect() functions in drivers/gpio/gpio-mpsse.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
