Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the affected system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error within the opencc::MaxMatchSegmentation() function in src/MaxMatchSegmentation.cpp. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted data to he application, trigger a heap-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
