Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service attack.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation when processing specific Ethernet frames. A remote attacker on the local network can send specially crafted data to the out-of-band (OOB) management interface of an affected device and perform a denial of service attack.
