Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to uncontrolled recursion in the pre-validation transform pipeline when processing a deeply nested query containing logical operators. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted unauthenticated HTTP request to cause a denial of service.

The Parse Server process can become permanently unresponsive and require manual restart.
