Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The weakness exists in the t2p_writeproc function in tiff2pdf.c due to heap-based use-after-free error. A remote attacker can trigger memory corruption and execute arbitrary code.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may result in system compromise.
