Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to weaken ssh connection security.

The vulnerability exists due to insecure default configuration in ssh server settings when negotiating ssh connections. A remote attacker can connect using weak key exchange, MAC, or host key algorithms to weaken ssh connection security.
