The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the Setup and Administration component in Oracle Advanced Inbound Telephony. A remote non-authenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code.
