Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary script in the victim's browser context.
The vulnerability exists due to cross-site scripting in the listar_memorandos_ativos.php endpoint when handling a crafted sccd GET parameter in a request where msg=success. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted link to execute arbitrary script in the victim's browser context.
User interaction is required, and exploitation occurs when a legitimate user clicks a crafted link.
