Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote user to disclose sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to improper neutralization of special elements in output used by a downstream component in the Eye Exam PDF creation function when parsing Eye Exam form answers as HTML during PDF generation. A remote user can submit crafted form content containing a file:// image reference to disclose sensitive information.

Exploitation requires an account with the Notes - my encounters role and access to the Eye Exam form in a patient encounter.
