The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause DoS condition on the target system.

The weakness exists due to improper input validation. A remote attacker can submit a specially crafted authentication request and cause the service to crash.

Update to versions 2016.3.8, 2016.11.8 or 2017.7.2.
