Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to improper handling of a vulnerable dependency in NTS keyshare server functionality when handling network requests. A remote attacker can send network traffic to crash the server to cause a denial of service.
Only deployments configured for use as an NTS keyshare server are vulnerable. Client and non-NTS server usage are unaffected.
