Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to improper pointer arithmetic in kvm_eiointc_regs_access() when accessing EIOINTC registers. A local user can trigger access to crafted register offsets to cause a denial of service.
