Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to an incorrect pointer calculation in __kvm_at_swap_desc() when swapping stage-1 or stage-2 descriptors. A local user can trigger the faulty descriptor address computation to cause a denial of service.
