Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to a null pointer dereference in the arm_scmi event handler helper __scmi_event_handler_get_ops when handling notify error paths for unsupported event keys. A local user can trigger error handling for a requested event key to cause a denial of service.
