Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to improper handling of request completion state in smbdirect_send_batch when processing send completions after a broken connection. A local user can trigger a connection break during SMB Direct send processing to cause a denial of service.
