Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to inefficient algorithmic complexity in the krb5 parser when processing krb5 buffering. A remote attacker can send crafted network traffic to cause a denial of service.
