Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote user to modify admin-class Talk Voice configuration.

The vulnerability exists due to improper privilege management in the chat.send functionality when handling requests that persist Talk Voice configuration. A remote user can send a crafted chat.send request to modify admin-class Talk Voice configuration.
