Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions on the target system.

The weakness exists due to insufficient permissions and access controls. A remote attacker can bypass security restrictions and send ARP replies on the wrong member of a bridge(4) interface.

Remediation

Update to version 6.3.
