Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary script code in a back-office employee's browser.

The vulnerability exists due to cross-site scripting in the back-office customer service view when rendering a customer thread containing a malicious email address submitted through the public Contact Us form. A remote attacker can submit a specially crafted contact request to execute arbitrary script code in a back-office employee's browser.

User interaction is required when a back-office employee opens the affected customer thread.
