Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to out-of-bounds read in CIccApplyCmmSearch::costFunc() when processing malformed JSON configuration input via the iccApplySearch tool. A remote attacker can supply a specially crafted -cfg JSON file to cause a denial of service.
