Description
The vulnerability allows a local user to disclose sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to use of uninitialized memory in the ipmi ipmb event handler when handling i2c read operations. A local user can trigger an i2c read to disclose sensitive information.
Remediation
Install security update from vendor's repository.
