Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to disclose sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to an out-of-bounds read in rtw_get_ie_ex() when parsing untrusted frame data. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted frame to disclose sensitive information.
