Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service on the configured routing protocol.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient resource pool in BFD configured in static and dynamic routing protocols when processing undisclosed traffic. A remote attacker can send undisclosed traffic to cause a denial of service on the configured routing protocol.

There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only.
