Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to a memory leak in starfive_aes_aead_do_one_req() when handling error conditions after allocating associated data. A local user can trigger failures in sg_copy_to_buffer() or starfive_aes_hw_init() to cause a denial of service.
