Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to improper resource shutdown or release in ni_usb_init() when handling an error from ni_usb_setup_init(). A local user can trigger the vulnerable error path to cause a denial of service.
