Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to a NULL pointer dereference in panthor_fw_unplug() when handling device unplug operations. A local user can trigger a device unplug condition to cause a denial of service.
The issue can occur when the firmware is not loaded or initialized.
