Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to incorrect permission assignment for critical resource. A local user can use a specially crafted RPC call, bypass the validation mechanism and gain elevated privileges on the target system.
