Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local attacker to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to a null pointer dereference in saa7164_dev_setup() when mapping PCI BAR memory regions. A local attacker can trigger memory mapping failures to cause a denial of service.
