Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote user to disclose local file contents.

The vulnerability exists due to path traversal in the Briefcase document feature when processing the packages parameter. A remote user can supply a crafted packages parameter to disclose local file contents.


Remediation

Install security update from vendor's website.
